Job Description
Train and be responsible for work performed by all staff members. Hire and terminate employees under the direction of the Regional Manager. Market apartments. Prepare, process, and sign all leases and relates forms. Ensure complete implementation and compliance. Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts. Maintain records of all financial transactions of the property. Adhere to accounting directives. Make bank deposits. Purchase office supplies. Obtain bids for work/improvements scheduled for the property. Supervise outside contractors working on the property. Handle move-ins and move-outs, inspection of check-ins and check-outs. Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well maintained community. Work within the established budget. Work with residents and resident organizations. Report accidents and emergency situations to the Home Office and Regional Manager immediately. Handle all maintenance request with residents. Inspect property and improvements. Establish schedules and supervise for office staff and maintenance staff.
